Downgrade 6.3x to 6.20 Guide

This page will guide you on installing Total Noob’s Hen 6.20 on your PSP3000, PSPGo, or a PSP2000 with a UNhackable motherboard (ta88v3), and you currently have a firmware 6.3x installed on your PSP (6.30, 6.31, 6.35, 6.36, 6.37, 6.38, 6.39).

Before installing Total Noob’s HEN, you must downgrade your 6.3x PSP to firmware 6.20. These steps are very easy to do:

You must downgrade your 6.3x psp to 6.20 before installing TN’s Hen to your PSP.

Kindly follow the instructions below.
Important Note: Some recent PSP Motherboards (7g and 9g) cannot be downgraded with this tool. Don’t panic, if this is the case, the downgrader will let you know. If this happens to you, then your only solution is to use Virtuous Flame’s 6.35 CFW.

• The first step is to update your PSP to Firmware 6.39( Although this is not necessary in many cases because the downgrader works on a variety of firmwares, the goal of this page is to be as simple as possible, and have everybody in the same state before starting). If you have a PSP 1000/2000/3000, you can find this firmware here . If you Have a PSP Go, Download this firmware here .
• You should now be on firmware 6.39. IF that’s not the case, read the step above

• To downgrade, download some1′s downgrader. If you have a PSP 1000/2000/3000, you can download it here . If you have a PSP Go, download it here .

• extract the archive on your memory stick, run the Downgrader from your memory stick, and follow the instructions

Now, you should now be on OFW 6.20, and then follow the guide on how to install and run Total_Noob’s Hen.
